Is CBD illegal in my state?

While it is impossible for us to speak for all localities and jurisdictions, at this point in time there are no state laws prohibiting the purchase of hemp derived CBD.

What is the difference between Marijuana and Hemp?

Technically, both Hemp and Marijuana are the same species, Cannabis Sativa. In order to be considered Hemp, the plants’ genetic profile must contain .3% THC or less.

What is the difference between hemp extract and hemp seed oil?

Though some CBD products can be mislabeled as “hemp oil” or “CBD oil”, they are almost always made with Hemp Extract as the active ingredient. Hemp Extract is the extracted essential oils of the hemp plant, which holds its therapeutic properties. Hemp seed oil, on the other hand, is used in cooking similar to coconut or olive oil for its nutritional content.

Do Aspen Green products contain CBD oil?

Our oil tinctures are made with USDA Certified Organic Full Spectrum Hemp Extract, which contains naturally occurring CBD in addition to other beneficial accessory cannabinoids and terpenes. Our topical products are Certified Toxic Free and also contain Organically grown Full Spectrum Hemp Extracts.

Will I get “high” if I consume Aspen Green products?

No. Although some customers report feeling calm and relaxed, which is normal for hemp and also for other herbal supplements. CBD is NOT psychoactive.

Who is eligible to join the Aspen Green Rewards Program?

The program is limited to individuals only and limited to one account per individual. A valid email address is required to register for the program. Please note, we actively monitor the Aspen Green Rewards Program to avoid account abuse and reserve the right to manually adjust points/terminate an account as we see fit.

Is there a limit to how many reward points I can earn?

No. You’re welcome to earn as many points as you wish!

Is there a minimum discount to redeem?

Yes, The minimum discount to redeem points is $10 (200 points).

Is there a maximum discount amount?

Yes, The maximum discount you can receive is $50 (1,000 points).

How do I redeem my reward points?

Once signed in, you can redeem your points directly at the checkout. Click the Apply Points link within the redeem box, choose the number of points to redeem, and click the Apply Points button. The discount will be applied to your order.

Important! The redeem box will be not be shown when a subscription product is in your shopping cart, see below.

Can I use my rewards points with orders that include a subscription?

Not at this time. If a subscription product is in your cart then the redeem box will not be available.

Can I combine my reward savings with other promotions or coupons?

Sometimes, if the promotion or coupon allows it.

Can I convert points into coupons and let others redeem them?

Yes, you can convert points into coupon codes and share the codes with others. They can then redeem the coupons as a discount on their orders. To create a code, sign in to your account, and go to Rewards > Manage Points.

Coupons created using points expire after 30 days. When the coupon code expires the points are lost and not re-assigned.

What happens if I make a return?

If you make a return or cancel an order, the points earned will be removed from your account.

How do I see my reward points?

Sign in to your account and go to Rewards. On the Rewards page, you can view the history of your points, targets to achieve, ways to earn points, and generate coupon codes.

How long until I receive my reward points from making a purchase?

Reward points earned by making a purchase are assigned when the order has been shipped.

How can I be removed from the rewards program?

You can choose not to participate by contacting us.
